Image Licensing

All photos clicked by me are available for licensing for commercial and editorial purposes. Upon licensing an image, the buyer will be the owner of the image for the stipulated time, while I shall remain as the creator of the image.

There are two types of licenses available. They are:

  • Editorial License - not for profit use

  • Commercial License - for profit use

Terms of Use

Editorial License

  • All usage should be non-commercial.

  • The image is allowed to use for any editorial purpose including prints and in all online platforms.

  • Upon licensing, each image is allowed to use at one place only. reuse is allowed only for in-context.

  • The image can be used in personal not-for-profit blogs.

  • The image can be used at any resolution and dimension. Please specify the required largest size and dpi during licensing.

  • The image may be used in publications with unlimited distributions.

  • The image should not be used in marketing content or on retail product and packaging and related stuffs.

  • Re-selling of the image is not allowed.

  • This license is mainly for single and personal use.

Commercial License

  • Usage of this license is for commercial use.

  • All points related to editorial licensing is valid here.

  • The Image is permitted for use in all editorial forms, including prints and all online platforms and advertisements.

  • The Image may be used in conjunction with marketing and promotional content.

  • You are permitted to use the Image for a single use or campaign only. Reuse is allowed only for in-context.

  • The image can be used at any resolution and dimension. Please specify the required largest size and dpi during licensing.

  • The image should not be used on retail product and packaging and related stuffs.

  • Re-selling of the image is not allowed.

  • The Image may be assigned once to a single third party.

Payments

  • Payments can be done in one of two ways:

    • For Indian Nationals - UPI through BHIM, Google Pay, Phone Pe or Paytm​

    • For Others - PayPal

  • Details of payments will be shared over mail once an agreement is reached over any image for license.

  • Minimum duration for licensing is 1 month. Minimum price is ₹500 ($8) for editorial and ₹1000 ($15) for commercial licensing.
